"Jennie Graz is awesome"
This is our group's third year working with Jennie Graz at ski.com - as we worked to confirm our 2023 booking recently, Jennie worked while on summer vacation in Europe to provide options and monitor status, which wasn't really necessary but was clearly more about exceeding customer expectations - she is consistently terrific!

How many stars for Ski.com and Michal? MANY!! He's been very responsive, resourceful and accommodating. Has even reworked proposals so we could get lodging for 12 booked without having all the other info (lift tix, rentals, transfers) in hand. Making it easy!
