"minor problem with Web site (Error 403)…"
minor problem with Web site (Error 403) and couldn't log in. Waited a few minutes then I could log in and it worked. Super responsive once logged in. order was shipped in minutes. Price is competitive. got confirmation emails from Seaboard and shipping company right away. I have used Seaboard in the past and it was always a good experience.

Tony helped me troubleshoot over the phone, sent the right parts, arrived 2 days later, everything worked perfectly exactly how he had explained it. Very satisfied

"There was an issue with the website…"
There was an issue with the website when I was buying and it was a little frustrating but I got an email from A rep mediately who fixed everything and was very attentive to my needs that’s why I give a five star but the website experience was not great

Tony, Corey and the entire Seaboard Marine team are absolutely awesome. I have been actively involved in all aspects of the marine industry for 35 years and it is rare to engage in such a great company such as SBMAR. They are always eager to help you and their knowledge pertaining to diesel engines is invaluable. If I could I would give them 20 stars !!! You guys are the best.

"Service is impeccable and on time."
Service is impeccable and on time. My prior order of a turbo was a total mess. The turbo was incorrectly assembled by Cummins. It took me a week to sort it out. Lost the easter trip. I know it was not ypur fault

"I've had two QSB 5.9s for six years"
I've had two QSB 5.9s for six years. From time to time, I have a question that I am unable to answer - so I post it to the Seaboard forum. Usually within an hour or so, I have the answer. Seaboard provides an important service by hosting this forum - and often they provide the answers as well. Seaboard is also and excellent source for maintenance, repair and replacement products. Thanks Seaboard!

Ok I could’ve gone with 5 stars but may later. Seaboard is Great. Very helpful and knowledgeable.it’s a delight to deal with a company that seems to sincerely want to help. I find the fact that they use real experience to correct or improve upon a product more so than the manufacturer INVALUABLE! Thanks guys for helping me make my QSB 5.9 better than factory.
