"Wonderful work"
Wonderful work. I wish I could upload before/after photos, we are so impressed. Great timing for us, the crew was able to put is into their schedule sooner than expected. We are planning to be in our house for a long time, and had already renovated so much. The flyer in the mail came like a blessing, we were looking to update our pool deck anyway! Now it looks like a piece of art! Very happy, thanks!

"Wow, just wow!"
I could not recommend this company more. Totally changed my pool area. Linda is great to work with as a project manager. The staff that did the work was respectful of my property and worked like crazy to get the job done on time and cared about making sure I was happy with the work. They treat you like a VIP from start to finish. Bravo.

"Disappointed"
The job that we were told would take 3 days was rushed into 2 days. The process left a huge mess on our property for which we had to pay someone to clean up in addition to over 5 hours of our time. There was also paint dripped on our hardscaping and umbrella stand. We were offered a $100 Amazon gift card for our trouble which we found insulting and declined. Overall, the end result was disappointing and I would not recommend RenuKrete.

"RenuKrete is worth it!"
You get 5 star reviews from us in Medford NY. Your crew did a fabulous job on our 19 year old concrete deck. It was completed in late spring. We then installed a new liner and purchased a gazebo. We have received many compliments, including our pool guy who said, "Wow, this is a great idea!" We were hesitant at first, but it was worth it for many reasons, such as, less expensive than pavers, better than pavers(no weeds growing through the cracks, not breaking up the concrete!

"Hardworking team arrived ready"
Hardworking team of laborers arrived ready to work and they remained flexible. Stayed very open to options/changes to scheme. Be prepared to shutoff pool pump as workers made decision to vacuum debris from pool bottom with a separate pump, without heads up; could’ve been running pump with no water through skimmer. Looks great! recommend requesting more grit added to stone before finalizing as with water stones can get very slippery.

"The transformation of our pool deck…"
The transformation of our pool deck exceeded our expectations. We had a mix of 25 year old, 3 year old and new concrete with some areas that had been patched. The look now is great, very attractive/artistic and the problem areas have disappeared. The work was done with care, the crew worked through some very hot days and did a great job cleaning up at the end of each workday and at the end of the job. Overall we are very pleased.

"Highly recommend"
RenuKrete renovated our pool deck and they truly were a wonderful company to work with. The work came out beautiful and we have enjoyed every minute on the new pool decking. After years of searching for a solution to update our old and ugly concrete slabs we came across them online. The entire experience, from the first phone call to the finishing walkthrough was very professional and pleasant. Highly recommend!
