"I had a very good experience with…"
I had a very good experience with rateworks. From the beginning of the refinance process til the end of the process. Very kind, polite and informative employees, they answered all my questions and every time I called I didn't have to wait on hold long at all. They made the process stress free and got me a good deal. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family!

The experience was easy. The team was very friendly and patient. They all gave consistent information. They were transparent with all the information and impacts involved. Extremely responsive. I never thought refinancing could be so easy!! Saving money is also great too!! I reduced my interest by over 6%
