Purchased a diamond based upon the recommendations and reviews provided by the gemologists at Rare Carat- I was a novice at the beginning of this journey, and still am, but my decision was made easy thanks to the help from multiple people at Rare Carat. "A bumpy start but win in the end"
I bought an engagement ring with a stunner of a diamond. ring came in wrong setting, but seller fixed right away.. I took the ring in for appraisal, the appraiser was repeating the words wow. It appraised for almost 4 times what I paid. Thank you

I had a very good experience with Rare Carat. The response on the chats was professional, quick, and thorough. I loved my ring, but ended up needing it resized once it arrived. That was an easy process that I handled directly through the dealer and received my ring back within a couple of days.

"Where to start…."
Where to start…. To decide to buy a Diamond is not an easy decision. Specially when it comes to an engagement ring. It must feel special to go along with the relationship. An engagement ring must have that “fire” that drives the love for each other. This said, it is also overwhelming to see and understand different ratings diamonds have. This is where Rare Carat comes in. From listening to the wants of the customer, the budget, styles of stones and rings and to see if what is chosen is a good decision, it helps to have them by your side. In my case I had a budget but I wanted something unique. I got both and more. The gemologist just did an amazing job providing multiple suggestions towards the recommended stone and setting. You can not go wrong with Rare Carat.

"Expert and unbiased evaluation"
Kate provided helpful and expert information that help me in selecting the right diamond. I felt I could trust her guidance because on a couple of occasions, she recommended I not purchase a diamond that I had asked her opinion on. I definitely knew she was not simply trying to sell me a diamond but was offering a true expert unbiased view. She actually recommended the diamond that I did purchase, which I had overlooked in my search results, and that was the right one for me!
