"Customer service corrects me choosing wrong size"
I ordered embroidered polos and vest. The quality was excellent but the fit was too snug. I quickly received a no hassle replacement in a larger size and the fit and finish were perfect! I'll be a customer for as long as I'm in business. Excellent service.

"I am over the moon"
I am over the moon! I got my embroidered hat with a slip saying it was produced by Eddie, Ann, Mac, Cynthia. GREAT JOB!!! I ordered one, not knowing what to expect. Embroidery was perfect, logo size perfect, and I didn't even have to tell them to knock out the white background. It couldn't have turned out better if I had been there myself, looking over your shoulders. I've placed another order with more coming in the future. Thank you all for caring enough to do an excellent job. My advice is to "Let go and let Queensboro". Thanks again!

"I was in search for a company that can…"
I was in search for a company that can produce quality polos for a reasonable price. I came across Queensboro in an Ad on Facebook. The process to have my companies logo embroidered on a polo was quick and easy. I uploaded my logo during the customize polo process, select the polo I wanted and then Queensboro did the rest. They ensured I was happy with the logo they were going to use. I am pleased with how they turned out.

Queensboro…. Where do I begin? Everything about my purchasing experience was perfection! The items are great quality and you offer a variety of items. You offered a discount which made ordering even more affordable. The prints were as beautifully done as the embroidered pieces. And your customer service is excellent!!! ♥️ To sum up my experience in one word - PERFECT!

"Quality"
The shirt I purchased at the beginning of August was a little snug on me. Ordered a size up and it fits very well. Very Comfortable. I always worry about snags on my shirt. So far so good, no snags. I really like this brand. The sales are amazing, but the customer service is excellent.

"Great shirts / perfect logo"
Great shirts, and the logo was perfect. The last couple of orders my logo was not stitched well, and I had them redone - they stand by their product, but it's an inconvenience. This time they got it right on the first try so the QA group did it right.

"This company is serious when they say…"
This company is serious when they say they want their customers perfectly happy. We had a issue with sizing and they insisted on sending new sizes.

"There's no other place to get embroidery, imho"
There's no other place to get embroidered items in my opinion. We've purchased hats, polos, onesies, toddler shirts and aprons. We plan to buy more. The quality of the stuffing is second to none. The only thing to be careful of is the product you're getting embroidered and if you love it, order a many as you'll ever need because you wouldn't want to lose your chance. We got Nike hats 6 years ago that still look as good as new after a quick wash; i wear it everyday. They don't carry those hats anymore. If they did, I would order 100 or more and sell them at cost to our customers because that's at least 6 years of advertising!
