"Sarah our driver/ guide did a great…"
Sarah our driver/ guide did a great job. The 3 vineyards that where chosen were unique with a different tasting experience at each one, all had good wine. Tastings were reasonably priced and host(hostess) were knowledgeable and gave generous pours. Sarah made an effort for everyone to get to know each other which made riding in a bus with strangers enjoyable. I would recommend this type of tour if it’s your first visit to Napa!!

"Trust Platypus to bring you to fantastic wineries, interesting wine facts, and a great day"
We came on our honeymoon and had the most wonderful time. Kelly was lively, and lovely. She had tons of fun interesting facts, and history to share. The wineries we visited were absolutely gorgeous, and the wines were all delicious. We even got to try a grape from the vine at one vineyard, which surprisingly sweet and delicious. The lunch was fantastic, and the dietary restrictions we asked for were followed to a T. We will be back to Napa, and to another Platypus Tour!

"Wonderful tour with Linda..."
We had a great tour with Linda in August! On that Saturday, we visited 3 smaller wineries in Sonoma, where we were able to get very personalized tours. We didn't have to deal with large crowds or lots of people, we were able to have a great relaxing visit at each winery. Linda took great care of us, making sure we were always drinking water. The wineries were great and the wine was amazing. It was a wonderful tour and I look forward to being able to take another Platypus tour in the future!

"This tour was FABULOUS"
This tour was FABULOUS! The driver Kelly was so accommodating. We were picked up at our hotel and we were greeted so warmly. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. We loved going to the more local, smaller wineries and learning a lot more about the wine making process. It was also great to learn about the Napa and Sonoma area as we have never been to wine country before. It was a very fun experience to be able to walk down into the vineyards and each of our hosts at the three wineries were wonderful. It was an all day trip and the wine tastings can get pricey. If you do buy wine on the tour, some of the places will give a discount and offer to ship, which was very helpful. Kelly also helped coordinate everyone's wine purchases and even had boxes. It was a great experience. Highly recommend!

"Fun and Informative"
Our hostess was Courtney. She was knowledgeable and personable. Charming and humble. She selected three wineries and vineyards to visit. We loved two of the three. Our favorite was Auburn James!

"Louis was a great tour guide--very…"
Louis was a great tour guide--very personable and full of interesting facts about wine and its production. I loved the idea of going to the smaller family run estates but would have enjoyed more variety as 2 out of the 3 stops were "Italian wines" which were not our favorites. I thought it was great that they provided you with a box that you could choose to bring back on the airplane instead of shipping it I'm sure is a money saver.

"Platypus for the win"
We absolutely loved the small wineries and the up close and personal experience. They were some of our favorite wines of the trip. Sam our guide was so fun and informative. We were pleasantly surprised how fresh and tasty the box lunch was too. A friend suggested Platypus and we are so glad we listened!

"Easy registration and a lovely tour"
My husband and I signed up for a Napa wine tour the night before one was supposed to start (mid week) and werent able to call into their office to confirm. When they opened in the morning, I was able to call them, they confirmed our reservation, and they picked us up only a few hours later. Our guide was wonderful, the vineyards were small, family owned operations which were lovely, and the other people on the tour were great company. I would go on a Platypus tour again in a heartbeat.

"Professional, fun and safe!"
Rob was an amazing tour guide. He created a great community from the beginning, kept us all well-hydrated and well-fed, and we really enjoyed the wineries and the experience where we didn't have to drive and our wine was kept for us throughout the day. Highly recommend Platypus!
