"I am a long-time customer"
I am a long-time customer, and my most recent experience was straight forward and great as usual. On other occasions, I have had questions or needed follow-up and my experience was wonderful on those occasions as well. Emails and return calls came quickly with great explanations and resolutions. I appreciate the great work and great customer service.

"Mixed review"
Everyone was professional and understanding except Tonya (I think he rename is) she spoke down to me and would cut me off and not listen to what I needed. She told me she had put in for a name change and a rush both of which never happened. I spoke with 4 staff over the past few weeks and everyone else was wonderful.

"I've been using PPG for years to test…"
I've been using PPG for years to test puppies and dogs for various breed specific diseases. I appreciate the detailed reports, reasonable pricing, timely results, and excellent customer service. Not sure why anyone would use any other testing agency.

"Fantastic turnaround time!"
A sire I was going to use was a carrier for Stargardt disease, which at the time I ran the panel was not there so I needed to run that one disease trait for my girl. It was so easy as they had her DNA already on file so I had my results in one week! Fantastic service!

Great company seems to know their stuff and if you have any questions get back to emails very quickly. Would definitely recommend they seem to go a lot more into depth with their testing than other companies that I've tried.

"Always Reliable and Fast!!!"
We have been using Paw Print Genetics for several years and love the ease of use and quick turnaround times with their testing. It is so easy and everything is right there for you to review for each dog when you log on. If you need to send a copy of your test results to a potential breeder or vet, they already have this setup for you to easily text or email a PDF to them. We love Paw Print Genetics!!!
