"Karla 's Rescue"
Karla rescued us when we were having trouble obtaining visas for a country in Africa. She was warm and affirming as well as efficient and clear on what we needed to do and what her expectations were of how and when the issue (she believed) would be solved. Due to her work, it was solved easily and very quickly!

"Got my visa on time"
Got my visa on time. I had to call your toll-free number a few times because a few things were not clear. Your people were super helpful and polite and I got my questions answered. However, with better clarity/detail on your instructions, I might not have needed to call.

"Fast and easy to use!"
Fast and easy to use. I got my two visas in two days. The e visa email with the attachment was easy to print out. I would always print out a hard copy and keep it with me, if your electronic copy is not available at your travel destination.

"Everything perfect! Bravo, PVE!"
I enlisted Passport Visas Express's help in applying for a Tanzania e-visa as the country's own e-visa site "stalled" multiple times at the upload point of a key document. "Definitely had problems with my rush…"
Definitely had problems with my rush visa for Russia. Nevertheless, they were problems not from your company but from the Russian embassy. It is hard to judge any company if everything goes well. It is when they don't and the company comes through. Your company did its best to handle the unexpected problems and in spite of not getting the visa in time your company did their best to make it happen. I would use you again.

"A smooth and fast passport renewal process"
I have to say that this was the smoothest and fastest passport renewal process! First of all, Dee was extremely responsive and kept in constant contact with me. He helped me through the expedited renewal application process and even waited for me at the office when I was running late. I received my new passport exactly 1 week after dropping off my documents.
