"Came Thru in the Clutch"
Neal and Teri did a great job facilitating my loan. They spoke directly to the old lender, bought extra time to close the deal and despite having a lower than expected appraisal, we got it done the day before the drop dead date. Way to go guys.

Neal and Terri are by far the best in the industry! Whenever I submit my clients to them I always know they will be taken care of. Their speed, efficiency, and attention to detail are second to none. The best part about working with them is that I can spend my time working with clients as opposed to chasing down Neal and Terri for updates- they send me weekly updates and are always quick to answer any questions. I can't recommend them enough!

"This deal was challenging to say the…"
This deal was challenging to say the least, 3 lenders because there was an adu on the property, the lawyer I hired screwed up the deeds, twice!!! But Neal and Teri helped me get this done finally! Huge thanks to them and their team they’re the best they hung in there for 14 months with me on this one. I would told me I’m done months ago but they didn’t.

Whew-Wee that WAS challenging for sure, but that doesn't scare us--we would NEVER say we're done! When we started this process, the as is value was $150K. Then14 months later something amazing happened---new lender, new appraisal $265K!!!! Cha-Ching! 💲💲💲 NOW that was worth the wait! You should thank that attorney for screwing up.
