"Melanie was wonderful!!"
Melanie was wonderful in providing information regarding my entity folder. She was very patient in explaining what each section was for and I never felt rushed or never felt like any of my questions were less than completely answered. "Excellent Experience"
Good experience. I am going overseas for 6 months and wanted to get my renewal done, even though the renewal package hadn’t been mailed yet. Jessica helped me through it and not only got my renewal done over the phone, but also completed the list of officers and directors list on my behalf. Very happy to have all taken care of because I am leaving in a few days.
