"Unfortunately my experience has been…"
Unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. Our windows are less than 3 years old and already out of warranty. 3 of them have broken hinges and of course we now have to pick up the cost. We have been waiting over 2 months just for a quote and our calls and emails are being constantly ignored which I find very unprofessional.

"Well done again Mr Window Ltd"
I used Mr Window to replace my front door with a composite door & surround with which I am very pleased, both with design and construction of the product also the efficient and clean way the fitter did his job. I used Mr Window again as they had previously made and installed my conservatory. I would recommend Mr Windows products to others as I have already done with good results.

"Professional excellent service"
From start to finish Mr Windows was informative and professional. The work was carried out swiftly and no mess!!! Dominic (the fitter) worked very hard and did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate in recommending Mr Windows as they provide a great product with great looks whilst acting in a very professional way.

"Thank you for a speedy repair"
Thank you for a speedy repair. Due to the extreme heat last week a pane of glass in our sky lantern had shattered, in less than an hour from reporting this to Glen we had two Very helpful gentleman at our home. They cleared the shattered glass that was out of reach, helped me move the furniture, made the repair water tight and also measured for a replacement. Thank you again for your great service and communication.

"After some confusion with our order…"
After some confusion with our order that seems to have gone missing so, lucky that I chased after a month from survey when I was expecting them to be ready for fitting. There was a delay therefore in the ordering and eventual fitting and I was so close to cancelling at that point. Eventually agreeing the installation date, the installer turned up on the day and time agreed and despite the rain George did a really excellent job and did an especially neat job and went "above and beyond" expectations. A really good neat job

"Fantastic quality doors and windows and Service"
Fantastic quality doors and windows! Fitter paid attention to every detail and request. The team have been a pleasure to deal with and the finished product is amazing. From the initial phone call to the fitter, everyone accommodating and friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking to update!

We had a front door fitted last month and OMG it looks amazing. From start to finish with this company amazing service. Very personable and efficient, all the team were brilliant. Keep up the good work and we will be back next year for a new conservatory 👍

"Good job, Reasonable price"
We had been looking at firms to replace our front door for almost a year. We chose Mr Window as it had the best range and reasonable prices. When we specified and ordered the door we were told it would be about 6 weeks but it was ready in 3. The fitter was great. Clean worker, helpful and did a good job. He was able make slight adjustments, reattach alarm sensors and even change the lock mechanism from the type we ordered.

"May I say what a wonderful service I…"
May I say what a wonderful service I received on the fitting of french doors to my cabin. The fitter Tony was very professional and polite as was my dealings with Glen the surveyor. I had a query a few days later and someone was sent round the next day to investigate (not that there was anything wrong). I would strongly recommend Mr.Windows to anyone & will look to be using them again soon

"Well done Mr. Windows"
I had Mr. Windows fit all the windows, 3 doors and a porch, 2 years a go at my daughters house the job was completed on time and still looks good as new. I had to have 4 windows replaced at my own house after very badly fitting windows by another company. I had no hesitation contacting Mr. Windows from the first visit and survey to the fitting by George, he carried out a first class installation clean and caring for my property. So well done Mr. Windows.
