Allen was an amazing help to me today. I was on call with his coworker but the call kept getting disconnected until he decided to help me and I couldnt be more thankful as my printer stopped working last night. He was very patient and made sure to walk me through every steps. Thank you so much again!!!!

Lavu's customer service is quick and extremely helpful. Not only were they able to help us with our issues but they also emailed detailed instructions on how to fix the issues that we had. I will now be able to forward these instructions to the rest of our locations to assist them when they may have the same issue.

Great POS very simple to use Great company always handle my requests quickly & efficiently . The customer service Dept helps my with the back end as well when I’m stuck . Taylor Marvin was of great help w me today deciphering my ad in order fpr product & expediated my delivery within a few days . I’m back to swiping at all registers . Thank u Taylor

The program in general I would give a 3 at best. The service I received with my last tech support was amazing. That individual is by far one of the best assets to the entire business. Patient and helpful. I have had many experiences with the tech support with LAVU and can say with confidence that he was above and beyond helpful.

"I had problems with tickets that were…"

I had problems with tickets that were already paid and were shown again on the screen as owed, the printers weren't asigned correctly to the ipads, the ips were wrong and that got all the system a little confusing. Shane was very patient with me and helped me fixing all the issues, got it back on track after 2 hours over the phone trying all the steps he was telling me.

"Troy was very helpful in getting…"

Troy was very helpful in getting pricing for equipment and setting up a case so once I make a decision it can be shipped. My only issue I am an existing account, and we are opening a new location after being closed for a year. I was not offered any new products nor told of any new updates.
