"Good place to find hard to find items!"
Checkout was easy. They shipped my items relatively quickly. Prices were fair but what I was ordering is super hard to find so price was pretty irrelevant. Only issue with the whole process was shipping FedEx that ended with me getting my package 10 days after the estimated delivery.

Great product the rubber chopping board. Slick and simple. Ordered two. So glad I did! One came in damaged and I had a new one in a day!

"Poor Communication and Ship Handling Time"
Disappointed there was no communication regarding shipment AND the only communication I've received is this survey and a fedex email indicating shipping today. Ordered 3/3 - didn't ship until I contacted customer service via email on 3/9. No indication on web page that items (pastry tips) would take longer than stated shipping handling time on site (next day).

"Hiccup with our order"
I ordered two parts I needed for the Pacojet. One piece came and the other didn't. There was nothing that said it was back ordered so I emailed and did not get a response. I called and the automated phone system would not allow me to leave a message or connect me to customer service. I e-mailed again and got a response on the second e-mail. Once they responded it was sent right out. I am not sure why it was not sent with the other part we ordered. The first part came right away.
