I have been doing business with Hamilton Engine for at least 10 years now. They have always been very enjoyable to work with. I have very little trouble getting my parts, and if there is a problem they go out of their way to fix it and get me back on track again. I will continue doing business for many more years to come.

"Fantastic service"
Having worked with Hamilton pretty much weekly for the last couple of years in everything from small units to complete repower situations i can say without a shadow of a doubt that they are a stand up company and have some of the best parts and service guys in the business. I highly recommend them and I enjoy the fact that they are a fantastic vendor that treats us more like a partner than a customer.

"The information and honesty was great"
The information and honesty was great! Talking to service and technical didn't take long before we agreed on a way to resolve the issue with the customers Diesel engine. First the issue we were having, Then the best course of action before bringing it to Hamilton. The recommended course of action actually fixed the machine. this saved time and cost that would have went against the customer in getting their machine fixed. Thank you

I purchased tool and no one can tell me when I’m going to get them. Not trying to be rude but you have nearly $3800 and you haven’t given me a delivery date most companies don’t charge until shipment is processed these days

"First Class service"
The parts representative was helpful in every way to get the proper parts for an older diesel engine I acquired for a screen plant. In spite of extensive review and searching, a couple of the parts turned out to be incorrect, so they immediately took measures to get me the replacement parts and provided a means to return the parts I couldn't use. Highly recommend this fine business.

"lucky to have found Hamlton Engines"
I am in the middle of know where on a sailboat. I have a 40 year old engine for some reason my engine number is not showing up. I e-mailed pictures of the pump needed and what information I had. We found the pump needed and when the part arrived it was perfect. I’m not a mechanic but they guys at Hamilton engines were easy to work with. Thank you very much.
