"A fair to middling outcome"
We had probably too big expectations to get some good ideas to renovate our property. We received 13 project designs.. some good solutions, bizarre the most but none of them achieved the standards of a professional work. Eventually, the winner of our contest sent us a payment request through Paypal but the website pays the designers not the clients and this is probably not clear enough for all designers.

I was struck by the simplicity with which you get to the goal, followed by the first few minutes by a person who called me on a Sunday afternoon to guide me. fantastic !! and very satisfied with the quality of the projects, it will not be easy to determine the winners.

"A good beginning bodes well"

"Our experience"
We contacted Gopillar for our first apartment to be restructured. What can we say? We couldn’t have had better experience. The designers during the period of the competition asked us many questions to understand our needs and were able to grasp our every request. A special thanks to Gopillar staff, always present during every single step.

"ok, but we were expecting more"
We received only 11 project, putting the maximun time possible. They told us at the beginning that with our parameters we should receive 20-30 projects. Quality of the projects submitted is really variable, someone really poor…At the end we find 1 project that we liked but we were expecting much more. Update: Go pillar said to me that with these parameter I had 20-30 projects… too late to comment that I spent not so much on that … but ok thanks Update 2: to me, as a customer, being guided by go pillar team, I followed their suggestion , and they told me a number of projects(20-30). Now, I cannot complain about the number, that by the way is the half of what they have said at the beginning, and I have to be grateful to the life about that 11 projects which should have a value of thousands of euro… ok thanks gopillar.., let’s see the link and make your own opinion

Dear Scottie, We are sorry if you are not completely satisfied with our service. Unfortunately, the number and quality of projects depends, as always in life, on the balance between the prize offered and the work required. You asked for the preliminary design of an entire villa from scratch of about 200 sqm (with 3D rendering) and the total prize was 1060 Euros, far below the minimum price suggested for your contest category. Objectively with the 1,800 Euros spent on GoPillar, in any other place you would have received 0 projects. I never answer to the customer's comments, but you need to understand what you are doing and what you get in relation to how much you are willing to spend. The design of a 200 sqm villa from scratch usually worth around 2% of the total value of the project, therefore spannometrically between 5-10,000 Euros. Spending about a quarter of the value of the service you have got 11 projects! I don't think you fully understand how many hours of a professional's work are required to carry out an architectural project like the one you asked for. PS it's never too late to tell the truth! The value of a single project for a new villa is at least 10,000 Euros, I don't think you need anyone to explain it to you :) With Gopillar you get dozens (11 in your case) of project proposals even by investing 10-20% of the real value of the service, but then you need to realize what you paid for and what you would have got anywhere else in the world with that amount. What you have received compared to what you have invested is outstanding, unfortunately it is not possible to post the renders of the projects you have received to prove it.
