"It’s all about the people and the rates."
I have used multiple Fundbox credit lines. The company offers me fair programs that are honorable and excellent interest rates. I have a customer service rep names Tangela who is exceptional. No pressure. Always knows the facts. Follows through perfectly and repeatedly. The company and the personal service of Tangela have earned my long term trust and business. Highly recommended.

"Identity mix up"
My account was put on hold. They put someone else's bankruptcy information on my account. Then told me I need to get legal counsel to contact them on my behalf. Why am I paying for their clerical mistake? I cannot get a live person to connect me with their legal team so they can fix this mistake.

"Sketchy, changing policies during hard times. Bad biz."
With only two weeks to figure out how to pay bills with my FlexPay account that was reduced by 30% (and I paid on time and before the grace period to avoid fees). They reduced it because: “Flex Pay is a beta test, and we have had some amazing feedback. In order to release Flex Pay more broadly we have needed to make decisions about how Flex Pay works so it can be a sustainable feature. That is why we are making these changes today. Please let me know if there's anything else I can help with. Best, Iman Fundbox Support Team” I paid off my remained FlexPay line to have it decrease, change policy, and screw my business over. Not helpful at all. And posting statistics of how small businesses struggle with cash flow is so gross and insulting. I would not suggest this business solution. They are not helpful and more hurtful and should be looked into.

Every time I've contacted Fundbox with a question or an issue, they have responded promptly, answering my question or resolving whatever the issue might be. I find their customer service to be excellent and I am a big fan of their products and offerings.

"Fundbox is helping with cashflow"
