"Amazing customer service from Shaifali"
Amazing customer service from Shaifali. We planned our trip very late and had very limited options to choose. Shaifali was very patient and she tried every possible combination and found us a good deal. I am impressed with her work ethic, she stayed very late after her shift ended to help. Her priority was to meet all the customer needs. As promised she followed up next day promptly to finalize the itinerary. We had a very good experience with flydealfare, and would recommend to friends and family.
