"This company is a scam"
This company is a scam. They play all kinds of tricks to fool customers. First, they promised to give referral credit but took back when you signed up. Second, I ordered a cabbage for $4.45 — they did send me — an orange size cabbage. The experience is one of the worst. I am not sure how much more time this startup can stay in business and how many more investors/customers are victims of this scam.

"Farmstead is reliable"
Farmstead is reliable, well priced, and has very good quality produce. I receive our family's weekly staples from Farmstead. We eat a lot of fruits and veggies. I am particular, especially regarding broccoli. No sickly, huge white stems here. Just very green flavorful yummy crowns. I have tried many delivery services. Farmstead keeps our family going and is the best

"Fresh food and wonderful customer service"
The food is always fresh. The prices are good. The customer service is great. Good communication. I know when my order will be delivered. The groceries are always packed with care. And I love that you pick up the boxes and packing materials at the next delivery. The website is easy to use and it is very easy to place an order. Glad I found you.

"I left some packages of "refreeze-able"…"
I left some packages of "refreeze-able" ice in the recycling. They weren't yours originally, but they were about the same size and could surely be used again. Your delivery man took them out and left them in my porch flower boxes. Maybe it's your policy to recycle only your own boxes (with your name, I get that), aluminum bags, and ice packs, but somehow this felt insensitive.

several items were out of stock. needed items that were not on the list. but the delivery was great and the ones that did the delivering were very friendly.

"Allow more space on your website for scrolling"
Your website (like many others) does not allow enough space for scrolling via touchscreen, even though I'm using a 15" screen laptop and a stylus. I've accidentally opened so many detail screens for products that I have no interest in, it has become very frustrating. I also found at least 5 times items in my cart that I had not intentionally added, I'm just happy that I checked before I finalized my order.

"Very Fresh fruit and veggies.."
Very Fresh fruit and veggies... Very pleased at how it was packaged only problem they should tell you to recycle your boxes/bags and they will pick them up. and IF they have to substitute something they should ask first because what they substituted for my breakfast croissants were very salty empanadas they were awful and not a breakfast item.

"Charged for an order that I never placed"
To my surprise I got an order delivered to my door that I never placed and accordingly got charged for it ..... Sent a text to the number that they have listed - no reply! Facebook page sent a direct msg - no reply! The link for email doesn't work properly ! Apparently they have a glitch in the system....be careful!
