"Great company to work with!"
I just had the pleasure of having Remo, the owner of Driver in Rome, drive us from our hotel to the port to board our cruise. Such a nice man and a wonderful company! We have used them for all our transfers and we have been so impressed with their professionalism and timeliness.

"This tour exceeded all expectations"
This tour exceeded all expectations. The experience was absolutely incredible. Our guide Sarah in Montepulciano was not only very informative, but also very kind and warm. The highlight of the day was enjoying a home-cooked meal with a lovely family at their Tuscan farm. To top it all off, our driver David was beyond words. He made us feel as if we were spending the day with a life long friend. He not only gave us great insight and information about the culture and traditions, but he made us feel like one of his family. He was simply wonderful. The whole day was truly like something out of the movies. If I could give it 100 stars I would!!!!!

"We were a group of 2 families of four…"
We were a group of 2 families of four and booked a private tour of Rome. Dani (our bi-lingual driver/guide) picked us all up at the port professionally dressed and driving a new Mercedes’ 9 pass van filled with cold blowing A/C (it was over 100 degrees today) as well as a cooler of waters. We hit most of the main attractions in our 8-hour window without feeling rushed. He recommended a fantastic restaurant in the ancient city and made sure all of us had authentic Roman gelato Dani is proud of his city and well-versed in Rome’s awesome history. He’s also engaging at all the appropriate times and kept us on schedule.

"Damiano was so much fun!"
Damiano was so much fun!! He was an excellent tour guide and I know so much more about Rome!! He is a wealth of historical information as well as what Rome is actually like to live in today. Our luncheon at his recommendation was delicious! We are so excited to spend the day with such a wonderful gentleman!! He had 3 generations, my Mom in her 80’s, I in my 60’s and my daughter who is in her 20’s. We thoroughly enjoyed!!

"Really wonderful experience"
We went on a small group tour with Alex as our driver. There was only 6 of us and the experience was wonderful. Alex was so knowledgeable about Rome, he was able to tell us so much history, get us to great spots, and navigate the small streets wonderfully. Would highly recommend a tour with Driver in Rome and ask for Alex!

If you want a to learn history, eat at the local spots, have fun and create lasting memories.. BOOK with DRIVER IN ROME NOW!! ASK for MARCO!!! This is the ONLY company to use when traveling Italy and Rome. Marco was knowledgeable,friendly, acomodating and awesome. Marco was our tour guide ans driver for 2 days. He personalized our tour sight seeing, eateries, events, etc. He went over ans beyond to make sure we saw all of our scheduled tours. One day our cruise ship was running 2 hours behind and we were going to miss our colosseum tour, he kept in contact with his office and us. Through their hard work and good rapport in the local industry; we were able to tour the colosseum after our scheduled time. I WILL definitely use this company again.

"Best tour in Europe!"
Marco was a very good driver and was very informative! He showed us landmarks that we would not have been able to see and provided us with a stop with wonderful coffee and lunch! Dennis was an excellent tour guide. He answered every one of our questions with much detail and is very enthusiastic about his culture. You could see the passion he has for Rome’s history. Would highly recommend both!!
