Overall everything was great but they never sent me the right collar in red for my younger dog and I am always so busy so it just made it to be another thing I have to follow up on.

"Our dog fence and the 2 collars we…"
Our dog fence and the 2 collars we bought are all working well after more than 3 years. One of our dogs, who used to escape frequently has not escaped since the fence was put in. Recently we bought mew collars and batteries. They were delivered promptly.

Wouldn’t be without the dog fence - I ordered a replacement collar - they obviously checked before sending, realised I had ordered the wrong one, so contacted me to tell me the right one to order, which then arrived next day . Brilliant service and product

"Best money we’ve ever spent…"
We really love this company and the owners. We purchased our fence for 5+ acres for our two dogs a few years ago. The install went perfect. The training also went perfect. Here we are a few years later when one of our dogs managed to short out his collar. I dropped into their office today to ask for help and I was immediately taken care of and was given a new collar as it was under warranty.
