I was really surprised on how much I did not know went into training. I’m still new to everything but am working on training. Your course was very through and made me a better dog handler/ owner.

"I was a little nervous at first"
I was a little nervous at first, but found the complete experience a good one. I will say my standard poodle made it easier! She was very receptive to the training. I was lucky because she is definitely treat motivated. Anytime I had a question, I would call the support line and I would always get an answer to my question. I took my time with the program and I think that was helpful as well.

"inconvenience"
The only problem was almost every time i tried to access the curse a pop up occurred saying the site was unsafe. I had to call in to access the course and each time was told the company was having issues with the site and they were working on it but this happened very often and I had to be directed to an alternate browser

"I was talking test after each lesson…"
I was talking test after each lesson completed but I wasn't sure that you were getting them. Because ," submit" lite, I thought that it was going through. When I finished, I was not able to complete. Now I know that I have to submit all answers and I am able to see my test results at the end. Thank you for making it very clear. We are enjoying the training.Samson enjoys training and keeping busy.

"Great Program"
The company has made it extremely easy for me to train my dog to be a psychiatric service dog and I really appreciate that. Every time I have a question, I can get it answered quickly through the chat function, in which Josh helped me this last time and was very helpful!
