Great service. I was annoying and put in an order for one watch then made a last minute decision to go with a different one and the team was able to accommodate this request and still send out the watch for next day delivery. Nothing but great things to say about DavidSW. I will be coming back!

"Another great buying experience from DavidSW!"
Bought my second watch from DavidSW, this time with a generous discount due to the Labor Day sale. Everything went super smooth and I got the watch the very next morning. The watch is not considered by most collectors as a "grail" piece but DavidSW still packaged it with a lot of care that befits a $10k+ watch. They even threw in a free watch roll! I will continue to buy from DavidSW!

"Grand experience buying a Grand Seiko"
I had been looking for a Grand Seiko for a while and went to the DavidSW website to see what they had in stock. I asked a question via email about a watch and the answer was immediate. The watch I bought was listed as in 'excellent condition' and I wasn't disappointed. The watch was shipped the same day I paid and the Fedex delivery was super fast. The box was packed very well, all the contents were in pristine condition. This is a high standard for customer service. I'd definitely do business here again.

Quick shipping. Accurate description and watch was in perfect shape even though it was preowned. David SW takes great care in pointing out any flaws although they always and only sell high condition merchandise. You can buy with confidence.

DavidSW is amazing! Recently purchased the Audemars Piguet 42mm Offshore Limited Edition Wempe. Excellent communication - I messaged them at 10pm CST and expected to get an automated response, but instead was greeted by a member of their sales team (Krista) who was amazing and answered all of my questions immediately. Quality - The watch I received (preowned) exceeded my expectations. It was truly immaculate, exactly as described. Shipping - Overnight/next day and on time. Presentation - Beautifully wrapped with original box, tag & all paperwork. They even included and extra strap that I didn’t even know was included. Over All Experience - “Above & Beyond “

"Best place to buy secondhand watches"
Came to DavidSW to purchase a watch, and it was a Super easy, secure, and fast transaction. Had used a few secondary sellers in the past and this was by far the smoothest and most stress free experience I’ve had with an online retailer. A lot of care went into it each step of the way.

"Simply Outstanding customer service for a great watch"
Simply Outstanding customer service from the time you look to the delivery of the watch. DavidSW is the best hands down in customer service and delivery of my new watch. I contacted Chris even after work hours about a watch I was interested in. He sent additional pictures. Told me how to go about the buying process. Sent my wire and the next day my watch was at my door. Believe all the outstanding reviews about DavidSW on all the forums. It is true from my experience. When I am looking for my next watch that the AD never has I will use Chris at DavidSW!!!!
