"Excellent customer service!"
I represent The Swamp Project People. We are a nonprofit organization that puts on an annual fundraiser. These fine folks were incredibly helpful in getting our products done in a timely manner for our event. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant to work with. A refreshing bunch for sure. Meg and Sydney were amazing to work with! They made it an incredibly easy and great experience. We experienced a minor issue with our order, and they worked really hard to make sure it was corrected without delay. Our order arrived super fast and we loved the coolies!!! This company is awesome, I sent in my questions and request the same day and Ana reached out to me within 10mins. Amazing customer service, fantastic products, quick shipping…I can’t say enough good things about Coolie Nation. We have worked with Ana twice in the last month and she’s been so helpful, quick with responses, and fantastic to work with. The products themselves are great quality and look fantastic! "Fantastic company!!!"
This company absolutely goes above and beyond to help customers! I had a second special request and they were like no problem, what can we do. Shipping was much quicker (I needed by a particular date) then I expected. If you need to order any type of custom orders please use this company. You will not be disappointed! Oh and I forgot to say the Quality of the product was incredible. Such a strong easy to use zipper and material so sturdy!

I had the most positive experience working with Ana. Ana helped to create custom koozies for my 50th birthday. Ana is super nice, and was beyond helpful and patient as I tried to make up my mind on what I wanted. Her customer service skills exceeded those of other companies I had dealt with prior to finding Coolie Nation. My friend Glenn gave me their contact information, and I am thrilled with the service and design. My order actually arrived significantly earlier than expected, which is an absolute bonus! The estimated wait-time was only 10-14 days. This business deserves your business!!! You will not be disappointed!

Liz has helped me design several koozies for our family events. She is absolutely amazing and her customer service is outstanding! Coolie Nation’s turn around time from order to product receipt is phenomenal! We have never worked with a business that has such high standards of customer service.
