"excellent customer service"
thus far, i am more than please with my experience as customer with your company. i reached out via chat to inquire about shipping and was provided a link that i'd not yet located on your website. i was in a bit of a hurry, last minute order I wanted to place and was comparing with purchasing same on amazon. i learned that orders placed prior to 2 PM would typically ship same day. we're leaving on a trip Wednesday so my goal was to have assurance that could happen. chat agent promised to reach to the shipping department once I placed my order and give a "slight nudge" if you will :) to encourage a more sooner than later shipment. it was shortly after I received my tracking info, which I have been watching closely...and to date, it is scheduled to arrive on Tuesday. I'm very well aware that things can and do happen in the transportation process. fingers crossed :) thanks SO much :)

"I am completely sold on canyon coolers"
I am completely sold on canyon coolers. I have purchased two 55 quarts, one mule, and now the scout. Packable space on my overland adventures is extremely important and canyon coolers by design preserve that space better than anything on the market, while retaining ice without disappointment! The fact that they are headquartered in Flagstaff Arizona makes my purchase a no-brainer! Keep up the good work!

"Canyon , Scout…"
Once I decided to pull the trigger on purchasing a Scout, the order process was very simple. Canyons web site is set up in a way that anyone can navigate through it easily. I've not received my cooler yet, but they have maintained contact throughout the process thus far. They seem to genuinely want you to keep you informed every step of the way.

"125er"
125er, Hunted 7 days in Colorado, plus 2 days of traveling, put 5 blocks with a dozen frozen water bottles for 3 men. Arriving back at home the blocks maybe thawed by a 1/4 each with ice in water bottles. Absolutely amazing cooler! Temps in Colorado was in the 60's but the cooler stayed in direct sunlight, plus the temps during traveling reached in low 100's. Keep putting out quality products and Canyon will have my business for life.

"The Canyon experience."
The Canyon Coolers website was very easy to use and informative. It did all the homework for me with the YouTube links showing the head to head comparisons with the top brands. I was also very pleased to see that Affirm was an option for the payment method during checkout. It makes these bigger investments less of a wallet bleeder. I’m super excited to take this cooler on all my upcoming hunts and adventures. Thank you Canyon Coolers.

"Cooler Dividers and Baskets"
I used to run other coolers, named for Sasquatch's cousin, and a generic knockoff with a different 4 letter name. After getting a Canyon 55 for my Mini-Max, I traded out for a Prospector for my 16XT, and a pair of 35s for day coolers (and use as a pretty great captain's box when needed). I have been super happy with the performance of them all. I ordered a pair of the Prospector Dividers and baskets for the 35s. The Dividers made "shopping" for groceries before our turn to cook on our Lodore trip so much faster. Thanks!
