"Customer service help."
Very easy to order and when I had to change order delivery date because of road work here there was no problem and customer service was very helpful and fast.

"Delivery"
The products were fine. I just wish a confirmation of delivery is sent to my cell or e-mail. I was going to bed at 9:00 PM and just happened to check the front door for anything. My two boxes were sitting on my porch. I normally don't use my front door at all. If a delivery confirmation was sent, I didn't see it or it went to my "junk" folder.

"Long time Burgers Smokehouse bacon happy customer"
I have been ordering Burgers Smokehouse bacon for years now. I love it. The quality is better than any others I've tried (and I've tried a lot). It's getting expensive for me as I'm retired now, buy I doubt that's Burgers fault. I'm still buying it regularly. It's that good. My orders always come on time. If you're a bacon lover, like me, your quest for the best bacon ends here. I bake it in the oven at 400 degrees for 19 minutes and it's perfect.

"It Really Does Not Get Any Better!!!"
Come on, you guys are amazing as heck! I ordered stuffed chicken for my parents this time and you were so gracious with their order and providing burgers too! They are hooked now as well. You are the BEST!!

"I was disappointed in the shipping"
I was disappointed in the shipping. My order (country style ham hocks) was not frozen and was shipped without anything to keep it cold. Even though I froze them immediately, I’m still afraid to eat them. It was packed in shredded paper like material not even in a styrofoam box and was no longer cold! The other part of my order (smoked ham hocks) was in a styrofoam box but only had one small ice pack. I think this needs to be reported because of health concerns.

Great customer service validating an address I incorrectly put in. My parents always got items from Burgers, then began sending my sister and I gift boxes over the years, so it's great to now be able to return the favor to my Mom for her 85th Birthday! Thank you for the consistent quality and service over the years.

"First online order"
Having been a Burger’s fan for decades, and after I no longer was able to buy ham and beans and black eye peas and ham at my local HyVee, I was glad to find them on the website to order. Placed my order and it arrived in just a few days, so I very pleased and satisfied. Will be placing orders for more Burger’s products in the future. Still miss the Osage Beach store, which was close to our condos off KK for many years. Keep up the good work!

"As “folksy” and family-oriented as…"
As “folksy” and family-oriented as Burgers appears, half way expected an elderly ( my age😂) lady to call, say we are smoking your turkey right now and it’ll be on the way Thursday. Could even ask, “you sure you don’t want those peanuts as a ride along? They are dang good?” Maybe even a special 2 for a $79. Price… Also, for people willing to do the survey, how about our name is automatically enter red to win a $100 gift certificate as a thanks.
