"Believe in Bio-Safe One Product"
Order received in a timely manner. Have been using the Bio-Safe One product for over 15 years at two residences with septic systems. Inspection of 30 year old system indicated that product had helped maintain a fully functional tank and leach well system. New home is in high desert with Evaporative Transpiration leach field and maintaining an effective leach field is a high priority. I trust that the monthly Bio-Safe One treatment will keep this system functional.

"We Love Bio-Safe One Products!"
We love Bio-Safe One products! In 2008, a combination of these products along with very helpful advice from the customer service team literally saved us thousands of dollars in septic tank and drain field repairs. We have an older home and have not had any further issues. Now, we only use B.O.S.S. for maintenance and it significantly extends the length of time between pumpouts.

"Outstanding Customer Service"
Review has been updated after contact by Biosafeone Customer Service Representative Chris. Email issues by 3rd party has prevented Biosafeone from either receiving or sending updates on shipment orders or customer service from certain customers. Chris resolved the issue over the phone and provided prompt answers to shipping status and expected delivery dates. Re-rated Biosafeone with 5 stars for continued outstanding service.

"Great product"
Great product, extremely effective. I‘ve used it for 10 years in a new home. Called a septic tank pumping company to clean out primary tank of any sludge. The guy asked if I had recently had a recent clean out because the tank had no sludge at all. When he asked what I used, he asked me not to tell anyone since it could put him out of business. I’m not exaggerating.

"BioSafe is a great product and saves us money"
We have used BioSafe in our gymnastics business for many years. This product is simple, safe and it actually works! It really keeps our two septic tanks running 'smooth with no problems. We feel good about using this product.

"You have a very good product"
You have a very good product. I first ordered it because of your cleaning up the Exon Valdes problem. The reason I especially like your company is that you send emails instead of calling. I have dealt with other companies who also have good products but they call and I order their latest product for a 3 year supply then a year later they call again and want me to order more when I still have over a year supply left. I get tired of all their calls.

"Great product"
I just tried this from a reference of a friend and it really works wonders. It saved me good money since I didn't had to replace anything. I just used this instead extremely effective. They know what they are talking about and he is very nice. He did all he could to give you the best price to do the job.

"Biosafeone is an excellent product"
Biosafeone is an excellent product. We bought this product years ago and are ordering again. We have a failing septic system. We were told the only way to fix the problem( tank overflowing continually) would be to invest in a mound system. I read about Biosafeone and decided to give it a try. It worked amazing. No more overflow. We couldnt be happier!!! Definitely would highly recommend this product and definitly will be using biosafeone for years to come.

"That lovely blue goo"
The BioSafe product really helped clear up my 65 year old septic system. The Shock program helped eat away the old sludge and get the system back on its feet. The customer support at BioSafe was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
