"Incredible Delivery Turnaround Time!"
Had an urgent need arise for a machine to be shipped from Indiana to Texas. AirFreight was so quick with their response and getting everything lined up, they were actually ready to pick-up the machine before it could be prepared for shipment. They picked it up exactly on schedule and promised it would arrive within 26 hours. It actually arrived in about 23 hours, so even better. Thank you for bailing me out of a jam!

"Asphalt Manufacturer breakdown."
An asphalt customer of mine had their main conveyor go down on 09/23. They needed to be back up and running on 09/24, so they asked me to come and look at the application and see what I could do for them. I called our chain supplier in Mississippi for availability and then looked for couriers in that the area where the chain was. I found Air Freight and called the number. Todd Anderson answered and he walked me through the process after I told him my situation. He set it up for the Saturday Early-AM delivery, and the rest is history. He really helped to save the day for my customer, and I'll for sure use him again.

"Right on Time"
Called Todd Anderson after noon on a Friday concerning a shipment that I needed picked up in Joliet, IL and delivered in Baton Rouge, La on Saturday. Todd got the info from me and in less than 10 minutes he had my shipping documents and invoice to me via email. The package was picked up in less than the 2 hour window i was quoted and it was delivered before noon on Saturday. Todd and airfreight.com have earned a customer. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

"Highly Recommend Air Freight"
I highly recommend Air Freight. I needed some supplies brought to my plant via hot shot. They coordinated an afterhours pickup at the supply warehouse and did everything they could to make sure we got the supplies before startup the next morning even with a hiccup along the way. John Mark Peterson and his team made sure I was informed on shipment progress and ensured the critical delivery.

We received same day service on a truck frame from Ohio to Michigan when we only called at 10:00 am to see if the delivery was even possible let alone the same day. INCREDIBE service.

"10/10 Would Recommend"
AirFreight came through for us when inclement weather was going to delay a shipment for a client event that would have arrived after the event ended! They picked up the shipment from the original freight carrier ASAP and communicated with us throughout the whole process. Delivery was made when they said it would be there and our client was thrilled. We could not have saved this order without them.
