"3rd time was the charm"
It took me 3 times to finally be approved. The previous times I was declined because of my checking account. I was never told what it was about my checking account, so I changed accounts and was approved. other than that the process is quick and easy. I am not saving any money but at least my credit will be established faster.

"In the first application y'all got my…"
In the first application y'all got my email address wrong and it was a butt whooping to get it corrected. Above Lending keep calling me but I keep telling them the same thing. So when we finally got it right y'all wanted bank statements again which cost me money to get. But we finally got everything done.

"Poor Communication"
Two different agents promised to call me back. Neither did. The communication with the company has been atrocious. I had questions that did not get answered. I feel that once I'd signed the paperwork I stopped being important. That I ceased to matter to any of the agents because they got what they wanted. **edited to add** Lowering it another star because they said they'd reach out and still haven't. They truly do not care about you once you've signed the paperwork
