"I bought travel insurance through…"
I bought travel insurance through aardy. I had my cell phone get damaged. When I got home I put in a claim. It was denied. They don't cover personal electric devices. With today everyone having them. You'd think they would. but they don't. And you don't find out until AFTER you purchase. My advice is DON'T purchase AARDY. Look elsewhere.

"This is the easiest task I have ever…"
This is the easiest task I have ever completed with regard to travel! Thank you! I chatted with George online and he answered my questions quickly and clearly. Since I am actually leaving tomorrow, George connected me to Jamie via telephone. In a matter of minutes, my travel insurance was chosen and purchased. Both were super friendly and nice.

"Great customer service & coverage"
I had to check with the cruise line so the agent, Jerome, told me he would call me back a little after 2pm and guess what, he did call!! I was going to go with another agency but because of his knowledge, clarity of voice and calling me back, I got my travel insurance through him. I also feel AARDY offered the best coverage.

"Mississippi cruise"
I have a trip coming up next April. I spoke with two different "agents", Jerome and Nicole and both were knowledgeable, and very helpful. I felt like I was talking to old friends. They took my concerns, gave me options and I am happy the policy we worked out.

"Getting insurance quote and comparing…"
Getting insurance quote and comparing other insurance companies was helpful. Only deducted one star, because, when you make the final payment, you don't see the policy details. This would have been helpful to have the policy conditions and terms spelled out before making the final payment. Immediately after payment, I did get the AIG Travel Guard policy details.

"Great experience with AARDY"
Had a great experience with AARDY for travel insurance. The prices were some of the best I found with clear explanations of benefits on the web site. I did call in and spoke with Nicole for clarification on one item (based on my personal needs). Nicole was knowledgeable, professional and patient as she provided the information I needed. I am happy I checked in with AARP's travel insurance site!
